Functional Test
Lifting force, travel and speed, anti-pinch response and burglary resistance are verified on the complete regulator and motor.

Durability Test on Door
Repeated full up-and-down cycles on the original vehicle door to confirm long-term performance under real operating loads.
04Vibration
Vibration Test
Simulated road vibration confirms that mountings, fasteners and the glass holder stay secure and noise-free over the vehicle's life.
05Door Slam
Door Slam Test
Repeated door-closing impacts verify that the regulator, glass attachment and cable tension hold up to everyday use.
06Environmental
Environmental Test
High and low temperature, humidity and thermal-cycle chambers prove operation from winter cold starts to summer heat soak.
07Waterproof
Waterproof Test
Motors and electronics are exposed to water spray and immersion to confirm sealing and continued electrical function.

Noise Test
Operating noise of the motor and regulator is measured against the OE reference so the replacement is as quiet as the original.
