Motor Control IC & Hardware
Smart motor driver ICs, Hall sensing and PCB design.
Designed in Taiwan. Validated on real vehicles. Built in Vietnam.
Our Taiwan engineering center designs smart motor control ICs, firmware and LIN/CAN integration, with real-vehicle validation planned for the applicable functions and vehicle architecture. We are extending this proven window-system platform to new body-electronics parts with OE and aftermarket partners, starting with Door Control Units, with volume production at our Vietnam facility.
Many body-motion applications share core building blocks: motor drive, position sensing, vehicle-network communication and application-specific control. Our Taiwan team develops the electronics and firmware for these functions in-house.
Smart motor driver ICs, Hall sensing and PCB design.
Motion control, soft-stop and anti-pinch algorithms.
Vehicle network communication and protocol matching.
In-vehicle signal analysis and EMC testing.
Window systems are in production today. The same motor-control expertise carries over to door, mirror, wiper, seat and closure electronics.
The Door Control Unit (DCU) is the next step on the same platform that powers our LIN smart window motors. It brings the motor control IC, anti-pinch firmware and LIN/CAN integration together in one module for the specified door-control functions, using our in-house IC design capabilities to improve control over component sourcing.

Engineering, tooling and validation stay in Taiwan; volume production runs in Vietnam. One team owns the program from first review to mass production.
Send us your specification, drawing or an original sample. Our Taiwan engineering team will review feasibility, electronics and tooling, and prepare a development and production proposal.
