Automated Production

Optical Measurement

To ensure that the cable assembly meets the company's high standards, it undergoes optical measurements using an advanced measuring machine during the in-process quality control (IPQC) stage. This method ensures that all critical dimensions of the cable assembly meet Han Yale's standards with the utmost precision. All measured data is then subjected to Han Yale's Ca, Cp, Cpk analysis to drive continuous improvement efforts.
